Our missionaries across Africa are laboring in some of the most dangerous, yet rewarding places on earth, and it is our joy to partner our labors together with churches all over America. The Gospel is being spread in Africa as never before with 287 established churches, several radio stations, and Bible translation teams! Coupled with over thirty Bible colleges, multiple Christian schools and orphanages, the national Christians are being trained and prepared to continue the process of missions to the regions beyond them.
Missionaries are using a multi-pronged approach in spreading the Gospel in this sensitive region and are seeing more fruit in recent years than has been visible in the past decades. Doors are truly opening in this region.
This is a popular region for missionary work and is where the bulk of our missionaries serve today. In spite of this, there are many areas of extreme need and opportunity! This region is ideal for those wishing to work in a team ministry
Laborers to start new churches are greatly needs as those who would partner with a national church or missionary. Due to past instability in this region, many hearts are open and ready to receive the Gospel.
This is one of the most needy regions of Africa when it comes to the Gospel. It is also the area with fewest BIMI missionaries. Laborers with a pioneering spirit are needed to forge ahead into these new fields.
Stable governments in this region provide great potential for long-lasting ministries. A fast growing economy and a wide use of the English language are assets to church to church planting. This is a prime area to reach middle-class Africa.
